
Each person, each client is different. The hurt you're feeling inside doesn't mean something is wrong with you, rather it's most likely the obvious outcome of your experiences. I can help you process these experiences, and the emotions that come with them. I will work with you to decide what your goals are, and what you want to get out of therapy. Therapy is not always an easy process, and I will do my best to have clear transparency about the process. Faith and spirituality are important factors in the lives of many. As a Christian, I am happy to include that in our sessions, if that is your desire.
